sorry I haven’t been posting lately. My writer has been making some changes in her personal stuff and her writing life, and this has meant keeping me away from the computer. Thank the deities!
I have made some changes in my life as well. There was a ghost from my past that tried recently to get in contact with me. I had taken a step back and evaluated our friendship, at Luther’s urging. I didn’t want to admit it, but it was toxic. It took me a while to realize this, but when I did, the pieces fell into place.
I agree with my writer on this. WE HAVE MOVED ON. WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS WE WERE 6 MONTHS AGO. This is a good thing. Characters need to evolve and grow, not just writers. Stagnation does not make for a good story or a good life.
To the ghosts from my past, I thank you for making me strong. I thank you for helping me grow. You are also in my past, that means you are not a part of my life at this time.
